Shipping Information

All of our products are hand packed at our workshop in Kambuwal Country (Stanthorpe, QLD), ready to be delivered by our shipping partners Australia-wide. Customers in metro areas can usually expect their shipment to arrive between 3-6 business days from the date they place their order. Regional customers may experience slightly slower shipping times of between 5 and 9 days.

Our orders are shipped via Australia Post and are subject to their shipping times and any delays with Australia Post are out of our control.

We do not take responsibility for any incorrect address details provided. If your order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. We recommend that customers provide a secure delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. If you fear that your order may have gone missing in transit, please contact us ASAP.
